	Fundamentals of Project Management; 3rd Edition by James P. Lewis ISBN: 0-8144-7132-3 REVIEW: This is a good starting place to get the necessary fundamentals of being a Project Manager. For the new PM, this is an excellent book to have handy. Lewis takes dry Project Management concepts and makes it readable with short, instructive chapters. This is a good book before getting started with the PMP courses.

Mantel, JR ISBN: 13-978-0471-715375 ISBN: 10-0-471-71537-9 REVIEW: If you are a PMP (Project Management Professional) then this book is a must! Wondering what you don't know? Get this book for the best advice on real world Project Management. The "PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN PRACTICE" sections are very useful to understand the concepts. Read, then re-read Chapter 6 "Conflict and Negotiation."
